Wolf Blass Black Label 43rd Cabernet Shiraz Malbec (禾富巴斯黑牌 43周年赤霞珠設拉子馬爾貝克澳洲紅酒) is created as a remarkable vintage of Black Label, built on its complexity, flavours and magnificent structure for expression of the Wolf Blass Wines Philosophy of synergistic blending. It is made from multi-regional grapes from the best vineyards in South Australia. With an outstanding complexity, intensity of fruit and magnificent structure, Wolf Blass Black Label is always the best choice to be savoured during life's extraordinary moments. The best Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz & Malbec are selected from Barossa Valley, McLaren Vale & Langhorne Creek vineyards for creating a red wine with many layers of flavour in a complex composition of intense fruit characters, a rich lustrous texture, long velvety tannins and a lingering palate. It has undergone the maturation as individual vineyard batches in a combination of 67% new French oak and 22% seasoned French oak, 8% new American oak and 3% seasoned American oak for 19 months. Wolf Blass Black Label 43rd will enjoy from 2018 to 2038 and develop with age, softening and mellowing to reward many years of careful cellaring.
