史創酒莊是南澳洲巴羅莎谷產區 (Barossa Valley) 最古老的酒莊之一，於1859年創立至今約160年，2018年引進亞洲市場。來自英格蘭的酒莊創辦人WilliamSalter於1844年在巴羅莎中心區塔努達(Tanunda) 東邊10公里的安加斯頓 (Angaston) 附近購買土地並建立了一家石屋並以聖經人物亞拍拉罕故居Mamre Brook命名 (時至今日已成為巴羅莎著名景點之一)，成為首位在當時在開墾中的巴羅莎谷成功交易土地的人。 Saltram Wines葡萄來自釀酒廠和酒窖周邊45公頃的葡萄園，分別在伊登谷 (EdenValley) 氣候涼爽而高海拔的山丘及巴羅莎谷 (Barossa Valley)氣候較溫暖的平原地區，主要種植設拉子 (Shiraz) 和赤霞珠 (Cabernet Sauvignon) 為主。與Wolf Blass Wines、Rawson's Retreat Wines、Penfolds Wines、Beringer Vineyards、Devil's Lair Wines、Seppelts Wines一樣也是澳洲富邑集團 (TWE, Treasury Wine Estates) 旗下的全球性知名葡萄酒品牌。

Eden Valley

伊登谷 (Eden Valley) 屬於巴羅莎地區 (Barossa Zone)，與巴羅莎谷 (Barossa Valley) 東南部鄰接。南緯34度、連綿起伏的高海拔山丘使伊登谷的氣候較涼快，充足的陽光及風化的岩石和礫石土壤令伊登谷的葡萄酒風味濃郁。伊登谷以種植優質的雷司令(Riesling) 聞名，與南澳洲另一個雷司令優質產區克萊爾谷 (Clare Valley) 的不相伯仲。設拉子(Shiraz) 是伊登谷產區中另一個主要的紅葡萄品種，區內最具名氣的翰斯科酒莊 (Henschke)的單一葡萄園紅酒Hill of Grace和Mount Edelstone更是經典中的經典。 Eden Valley Shiraz的丹寧一般更成熟及細滑，釀酒時加入少許比例，會為整支酒注入更多成熟黑果及香料氣味，香氣及口感方面會更平衡。

巴羅莎設拉子 (Barossa Shiraz)

提起Barossa這個南澳洲產區，就不其然想起Shiraz這款紅葡萄。約130年前，葡萄根瘤蚜蟲(Phylloxera) 侵襲歐洲葡萄酒產區，因為這個契機，未曾受葡萄根瘤蚜蟲侵襲的南澳洲巴羅莎產區就保存了各式各樣的葡萄品種植株，存活至今的百年老藤十分罕見。老藤 (Old Vine) 種植出的葡萄顆粒雖小，但質素及風味上更濃郁。一般的Barossa Shiraz帶有櫻桃、李子、甘草、黑莓、薄荷及香料氣味;丹寧則取決於釀酒師的取向。
