Semillon is a classic white variety originated from Bordeaux but now it is widely planted around the world. It can be four distinct styles : unoaked/oaked single variety, blended or dessert wine.
A divisive varietal thanks to its tendency to be on the sweeter end of the spectrum. Riesling is aromatic with high acidity and flavours of lime, apricot and jasmine.
Gewürz is the German word for spice. Gewürztraminer is an aromatic and sweet Alsace varietal exhibits pungent aroma of roses, with lychee, pineapple and honey flavours on the palate.
Austrian white grape is grown well, particularly in the Adelaide Hills wine region in South Australia. Its bright acidity and spicy taste is the ideal companion for Asian cuisines : Japanese Sushi and Chinese Dim Sum.

Chardonnay vary gently, largely depending on whether the wine has been oak-aged. Oak treatment makes Chardonnay to be rich and buttery, while unoaked is modern style, with crisp, fruity characters.

A white blend originates in Bordeaux. To this day blends of Semillon Sauvignon Blanc continue to be Margaret River(Western Australia) region's best selling white wine. It is dry with tropical fruit flavours, herbal and grassy.
