香港特別行政區2018年第10條例

行政長官林鄭月娥 2018年2月14日

條例旨在修訂《應課稅品條例》及《應課稅品 ( 酒類 ) 規例》，以禁 止以銷售機售賣令人醺醉的酒類；禁止在業務過程中，向未成年人售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類；就售賣或供應令人醺醉的酒類，施加關於訂明通知及年齡聲明的規定；以及就相關事宜訂定條文。

由立法會制定，由2018年11月30日起，衛生署宣布將禁止任何人在業務過程中向未成年人售賣或供應酒類飲品。對售賣或供應酒類，作出規管或限制 ; 而網上賣酒，則要在網頁上展示訂明通知。
