💡Normal Delivery
● Our normal delivery service is mainly provided by YAMATO LOGISTICS (HK) LTD. Customer can track dispatched orders through.
● Delivery service is available from 9:00a.m - 9:00p.m from Monday to Saturday.
● Orders confirmed before 12 noon can normally be delivered on the following day. (Payment must be completed and confirmed) Orders confirmed after 12 noon can normally be delivered on the day after the following day.
● Customers can select the date and time for collecting the delivery when placing orders (Please leave us message in our platform, whatsapp, message or email), Yamato will manage to arrive on the date and within the period through its routined delivery service. However, it is not guaranteed that such date and time can be completely met. If delivery can not arrive on time, or arrive but not collected, we or Yamato will contact the customer to organize another time.
● Extra time should be expected for deliveries to the following areas: Shek O, Sai Kung (Outside Tai Mong Tsai Road), Lau Fau Shan, Lung Kwu Tan, Lam Tsuen Yuen Long, Lam Tsuen Tai Po, Lion Rock, Kam Shan, Tai Mo Shan, Tai Lam, Pat Sin Leng and other special regions.
● Normal delivery service is only available to Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories, not including outlying islands (Ma Wan, Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Mui Wo & Peng Chau ), restricted areas or hotel's guest room.
● 1858Wines.com reserves the right to suspend the delivery service due to extreme weather conditions such as typhoon signal No.8 or above and a black rain warning is hoisted.
